Shipping & Return information:
All merchandise will be shipped via the USPS, priority mail, with delivery conformation number, insurance is optional. Shipping and/or insurance will be the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer will be notified via email (if email address is provided) the date of shipment, including all appropriate shipping numbers for tracking purposes. Every effort is made to package, protect and ship you purchase to arrive at your door damage free.
FOREIGN SHIPPING: merchandise will be shipped USPS Global Priority. All the shipping/packaging precautions will be taken to assure safe delivery. Foreign shipping is the buyers expense.
Returns will "not" be accepted after 10 days. Merchandise being returned must be in original condition:
COATS: can not be altered in any fashion, washed, torn, or marked/spotted.
ARTWORK: must be in original condition including mat board and foam core board. "No" stray marks of any kind, tears, bends or folds, will be accepted on the artwork.
Returned merchandise "must" be returned via USPS priority mail. Delivery conformation and/or insurance coverage is the option of the buyer. Every effort must be taken with packaging to allow returns to arrive in original condition, without damage from packaging or shipping.
Foreign Return Merchandise: The same policy applies to foreign return merchandise as domestic returns. The exception being: Global Priority Mail or foreign counterpart must be used as the only acceptable means of shipment.
