DONATION REQUESTS
I have and will continue to donate to Greyhound adoption and rescue groups. However, due to the increase in fraudulent requests, I find it necessary to ask that the following format be used, when submitting a request for donation. All proceeds from donations "MUST" be used for non-profit Greyhound fostering, rehabilitation, or medical expenses. I have been receiving email (blanket requests) from groups for donations that I can not verify as actual adoption, rehabilitation or rescue groups. I am sincerely sorry for making this change, however I want the donations I make to benefit our Greys and the other animals. Not to become a "cash cow" for some scam artist!
NOTE: submitting of a request does not guarantee request can/will be honored
1. Request must be submitted USPS (post office hard mail). EMAIL REQUESTS WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED EFFECTIVE Jan. 2006
2. Groups name, address (email and postal), phone number, and person's name making request. (required)
3. Groups: US 501-c-3 Federal tax exempt number (required)
4. Purpose of request, (fund raiser, raffle, auction, ect.)
5. Date and place of event.
