Beautiful collars made from vintage fabric, laces or ribbon circa: 1920's, 1930, 1940 and 1950.

Some of the trims on this page are from the personal collections of my Grandmother and Mother Ruth.  Both women were instrumental in teaching me to sew. They taught me, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship.  As a very young girl my Grandmother was hired by the Carnegie family as a master seamstress, and I believe many of the fine laces and ribbons in her collection adorned their clothing in the 1920's &1930's.  My mothers collection dates to the 1940 and 70's.

Yardage of these trims is very limited and in some cases only one collar is available.  Since starting my own collection I am saving pieces of the vintage trims to pass along to my nieces. Although your appreciation of these trims is not the same as mine. I am sure you will appreciate the uniqueness of each when accented by a beautiful Greyhound neck.
